I painted Two Palms at Sunset on a quiet afternoon, just playing with color and mood. The sky that day felt unreal, warm, hazy, and shifting every few minutes and I wanted to capture that movement through paint. I used acrylics to blend the tones quickly, layering until the colors felt like they were glowing.
For me, this piece is about Miami’s calm chaos — the energy, the light, and the softness that always sits right beneath it.
