Artwork and copyright All images, artworks, text and designs on this site are the property of the artist and are protected by copyright. Buying a print, product or original transfers ownership of the physical object only — not reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold as a reproduction, used commercially, used for training machine-learning systems, or altered without written permission.

Orders Placing an order on this site creates an order request. It is not a completed sale until we confirm it in writing and payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item has already sold, a price was listed in error, or we cannot ship to your location. In that case nothing is charged, or any payment is refunded in full.

Prices Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping and handling is quoted before payment. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Colour and finish Screens vary. Small differences between what you see on screen and the finished piece are normal and are not a defect. Hand-finished work carries natural variation.

Availability Originals are one of a kind. Once one is sold it is removed from sale.

Liability The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned.

Auctions

Pieces are offered at auction from time to time, for a limited bidding window. The full rules are on the Auction Terms page, and every bidder accepts them before bidding.

• Bids are binding. Placing a bid is an offer to buy the piece at that amount.
• Each bid must beat the current highest bid by at least the stated minimum increase.
• Some pieces carry a reserve. If the reserve is not met, the piece is not sold and may be relisted.
• Collectors who have bought before may be given early access to bidding, stated on the auction page.
• The winning bidder is contacted after bidding closes and invoiced. Payment is by check or bank transfer (ACH) within 7 days of the invoice date.
• If payment is not received within that window the sale may be cancelled and the piece offered to the next bidder or relisted.
• Shipping, packing and returns for auction pieces follow the Shipping & Returns policy.
